Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • Italy (And EU countries)

  • Nigeria

  • The Gambia

Additional locations may be added in the future.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on location:

  • Italy: 3–7 business days

  • Nigeria: 3–10 business days

  • The Gambia: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Maians Luxury is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Returns Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we take hygiene and safety seriously.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Sale or promotional items

Refunds

Exchanges

Cancellations
